Land Sky Records is a franchise: an umbrella of independent record labels, film production companies, and brands, each operating under one shared, artist-first model.
Signed talent never sign away their masters, bylines, or designs. LSR earns through credited services, not ownership, and every partner label, studio, and brand under the franchise follows the same rule, in every region we operate.
Six rooms, one label. Every department has its own page. Same artist-first rules, different craft.
Talent intake and the Incubation → Growth → Established pathway.

J. Otis is a Cree hip hop artist, songwriter, and producer who built his career on giving back, spending five years creating and directing Healing Through Music, a youth program that turned songwriting and recording into a path to healing for his community. Known for Trilogy Chapter 1, Heavens Above, and songs like "Unstable" and "Do or Die," he is also the founder of Land Sky Records.
Produced with William Dinero, the new album launches alongside J. Otis's Reservation Tour across Canada and the United States, followed by a promotional run through Canada, the U.S., the UK, and Africa.
A mentorship program bringing music and video production, songwriting, and creative outlets to youth in First Nations communities, run in partnership with 67 Records and Artscan Circle.
